Mr. Daniel Ofoe holds an MBA Finance Degree, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is the Managing Partner of D.D. Ofoe and. Associates, Chartered Accountants. He has over thirty (30) years’ experience in Banking and Finance and joined the Board in December, 2016.
Mrs. Edwina Nana Esi Ampofo holds an LLB (Hons) Degree from Cardiff University, Wales in addition to in Marketing Management. She is a Chartered Insurer from the UK.
She worked with Glico General for over ten (10) years as the Marketing and Claims Manager respectively. Whilst working at Glico as the marketing manager, she handled Clients such as; Stanbic Bank, West Africa Gas Pipeline, Zoomlion Ghana, Global Media Alliance, Sino Hydro (Bui Dam), Maxmass Limited amongst others. As the claims manager she handled complex claims from Fidelity Bank, West hills Mall and the Circle Goil Station disaster.
Her experience as claims manager gives her the expertise to understand and analyze the underwriting of any policy, thus providing the best value on your policies.
She is the past membership Secretary for the Chartered Insurance Ladies Association Ghana (CILAG) and serves on the Welfare and Financial /General Purpose committees of the Ghana Insurance Brokers Association (GIBA). She joined Lordship in June, 2017.
Mr. Seth Kujo Anatsui holds an LLB Degree from University of Ghana, Legon and as a Legal Practitioner with over twenty eight (28) years’ service in the insurance industry rising to become the Head of Legal Division and Company Secretary of the SIC Insurance Company Limited. He is a member of the Board
Mr Cecil-Claude Quayson holds an EMBA in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon. He is the Chief Executive Officer of F&D Finance and Leasing Limited. He has over ten (10) years’ experience in financial services and joined the Board in August, 2016.
Mr Samuel Okyere Akosah also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon and has over forty years (40) working experience in public and private enterprise.
He has been managing his own business for the past twenty-five (25) years and was made a member of the Board in 2011
